From care welcome packs to a support team who understand your needs, working with 365Care is a great experience. Here's how you become a 365Care carer:

Online application

We’ll ask you to share evidence of your previous experience, and find out more about why you want to become a live-in carer with 365Care. If we like your application, we’ll invite you to the 365Care office for an Introduction, and ask you to bring any relevant paperwork too.

Introduction

You’ll meet with a member of the 365Care team in person at one of our locations across the UK, so that we can find out more about your experience and qualifications. This will also be your chance to ask questions and learn what it’s like to be a carer with 365Care.

Background checks

We’ll run background and reference checks to decide whether you’re a good fit for the 365Care platform, and check your documents to make sure you have the right to work as a self-employed carer in the UK.

Joining our Community of Carers

Once you become an 365Care carer, you’ll gain access to our platform, allowing you to choose care placements based on your availability, location, skills and experience.
